• Location: 10 easy to reach from the airport, on the edge of the old town. But the number of people in the streets around the hotel is somewhat of a shock - it is packed with people all the time. Don't go there by car.
• Common facilities and services: 5 There are no comon rooms or faculities such as spa, fitness room etc. No restaurant either. It suited us, it may not suit you.
• Staff: 10
• Quietness: 7.5 The hotel's location is very noisy. The noise insulation inside is very good though.
• Room: 7.5 Good value, nice whirlpool in the room. Surface (standard room) on the small size but sufficient.
• Value for money: 5 Average value - it is a good hotel, but then you would expect somewhat more in style and feeling from a four star place.

• Positive: everything, could not fault a thing, service was exceptional, room was beautiful, staff were so helpful and friendly, location was brilliant, one of the best hotels i've stayed in, staying in the Montecarlo actually made our weekend... very sorry to leave. Rodger and Fernando were a credit to the hotel. Loved it loved it !!
