• Positive: The whole package from arrival to departure, staff were really friendly and helpful, room was fab, location excellent, whole establishment clean and one I would definitely recommend to others

• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms must have been rechecked everytime we went out as the used towels were always changed for fresh ones on our return and bins emptied
• Location: 10 Although Barcelona is massive we could walk the distance to alot of the sights
• Common facilities and services: 10 Breakfast was continental loads of choice though staff again very friendly and food was regularly check and changed for freshness
• Staff: 10 All staff were very courteous knowledgeable and friendly and pointed out a few DO'S and Dont's on our arrival however not once did we ever feel unsafe whilst out and about
• Quietness: 7.5 We did hear the noise from La Ramblas but nothing that ruined a nights sleep and would not have changed our room
• Room: 10 Wow we stayed in room 402 view over the bathroom was a big as our front room at home massive shower with three different sprays over head pully out one and one where you could just sit down and let it blast you big jacuzzi bath double basins, sitting room with tv and bedroom beds fantastic and comfy with balcony over looking La Ramblas
• Value for money: 10 Yes felt like we had been away for a month rather than few days would defo recommend to others
