• Location: 10 Stayed after cruise ship tour, bus from ship dropd us off about 150 meters from hotel. Very central location
• Common facilities and services: 7.5
• Staff: 10 Cannot say enough about staff. Very helpfull of where to go and always nice to talk to. Everyone spoke english if needed which was a plus to us.
• Quietness: 7.5 Quite for this type of location. Nothing that kept me awake. You can here tower bells from time to time and some noise from LaRambus st below.

• Positive: It is hard to decide. The room/amenities were great and unique, but the entire staff with which we came into contact were friendly, efficient and eager to please! Also, the location, at least for people watchers like us, could not have been better.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The carpet in our room appeared to need vacuuming, but the room (including bath) was otherwise spotless.
• Location: 10 Great for general sightseeing and people watching.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 We did not use any of the common facilities, other than the computer to print boarding passes. However, the relaxing lobby area and free wifi throughout the hotel were welcomed items.
• Staff: 10 To the person, everyone we encountered at the desk and/or in the hotel were friendly, and anxious to assist.
• Quietness: 10 The room was mausoleum-quite and our room was on the fourth floor with a balcony onto La Rambla!
• Room: 10 The size of the room was adequate. The design layout was unique to our experiences, e.g., the bath had a glass wall visible from the living area that suggested a larger than actual total room area. Amenities such as TV, phone, WiFi, a/c, etc. were great.
• Value for money: 7.5 Comparing the cost to an equal room in the USA, it might be only okay. However, comparing the cost to our search results for hotels in Athens and Barcelona, it was a very good deal.

• Location: 10 It is centrally located, we could literally walk everywhere!
• Common facilities and services: 10 They had great amenities, such as the beds allowed you to lift your legs up with a remote, they had black out shades, internet, etc.
• Staff: 10 The staff is wonderful! Their customer service is excellent, they made great recommendations for restaurants and booked our tours.
• Quietness: 10 Even though it is on a busy street, it was so quiet!!!!!!!!!!!

• Positive: Very helpful and courteous staff. Amazing location right on the Rambla, so central for sightseeing and shopping but a haven of peace, calm, comfort and efficiency, once inside the hotel and your room.

• Location: 10 On the spot for the Barri Gothic - so much to see and excellent shops and restaurants all within strolling distance. Recommended : the Boqueria food market; the amazing art nouveau architecture of the Palau de la musica Catalana, the Gourmet Walking tour organised by the tourist office located 5 minutes from the hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The private secure parking in the basement was a big plus and the Rambla is easy to locate when coming into the city via the "literal" motorway Exit 21.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful multi-lingual reception staff - recommending restaurants, tapas bars , hairdressers....and making reservations.
