• Quietness: 10 The hotel was very quiet which is exceptional given it's location right on La Rambla
• Room: 7.5 Nice size room and bathroom. Comfortable beds.

• Positive: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - beyond compare. The location. The large comfortable rooms with every amenity including multi-position beds. The buffet breakfast (ours was included in the price).
• Negative: A chest of drawers i the room would have been helpful. The pillows were awful ! Foam - which, when you have feather/down pillows at home, are very hard and very hot! Got round this by covering with a double folded towel.

• Location: 10 Right on La Rambla, a block from Placa Catalunya, opposite a supermercado for a much-needed cold drink and fruit etc to have in the room. Perfect.

• Staff: 10 Just the best bunch of staff - each one on each shift was friendly, helpful and professional. I Know cos I work in a hotel in the UK!)
• Quietness: 10 You would never in a million years know that a couple of floors below you was the world famous Ramblas that has a river of life and noise especially in high season (we stayed in July) Our room was absolutely silent.
• Room: 10 Being greedy, the only tihng missing was a chest of drawers. If one stays for a week as we did, it would help to be able to fully unpack.
• Value for money: 10
