• Location: 10 Very conveniently located on Las Ramblas and within walking distance of Placa Catalunya.

• Staff: 10 Highly accommodating and handled all our requests courteously and efficiently. Great restaurant recommendation.
• Quietness: 10 Could not hear any street noise on level two facing Las Ramblas. Could however hear other guests using the nearby elevator (a matter beyond the control of the hotel).
• Room: 10 Large and airy, easy to move around, and overall very comfortable.

• Negative: I'm afraid the bathroom floor was not very clean, had greasy looking stains on it and it stayed that way....also the carpets were a bit stained along the corridor and in the room....
