• Staff: 10 Jose%27 and Veronica, two of the Concierge staff members, were very helpful in supplying directions in the area, as well as to the police station where we had to file a police report for a stolen wallet while walking on La Rambla.

• Value for money: 10 We paid a little more than at other hotels in the area, but the Grand Marina provided a safe and clean environment. Something my husband and I look for in a hotel.
