• Quietness: 10 We had a child next to our room who screamed continuously for 2 hours on the Saturday morning.
• Room: 10 It wasn%27t too bad, I did think for the money it could have been a little bit more luxurious and our television stopped working.
• Value for money: 10 I think on the whole we did but the main pleasant surprise was the effeciency and wonderful manner of all the hotel staff including doormen and bar staff.

• Positive: Location to shipping port as we where going on cruise the following day.
• Negative: Prices. We were willing to pay premuim for location. However we where disappointed that everything else would be as over priced as it was. Example; we were with two other couples and went to hotel bar/resturant - so 6 people, we had a couple of drinks each 3 x caeser salads and 3 x club sandwiches, (drinks were 3 draft beer, 4 wine and 1 sparkling water) bill was $ 156.22 Euro (tip in)! Without trying to sound cheap, our problem was when you convert that back to either a Canadian or US dollar, you are looking at over $200.00 bucks! I don%27t know about you but I am pretty confident anywhere in North America that same dinner would have been around half that price. Beware!

• Value for money: 5 Although it is a beautiful hotel, we just found it to be extremely over priced. We have stayed in many other cities in 5 star hotels for much less money!
