• Staff: 10 Todos el personal que traté (recepción, cafetería, restaurante) muy amable
• Quietness: 10 Habitación silenciosa, pude descansar bien.
• Room: 10 A pesar de no tener vista a la Puerta del Sol, había un patio interior agradable. El tamaño de la habitación de acuerdo con mis necesidades. Muebles en buen estado y útiles.
• Value for money: 10 No tengo datos para comparar con otros hoteles, pero creo que está bien.
