• Cleanliness: 2.5 it was not clean under the bed when we checked in, no change of sheets
• Location: 10 next to the sonar festival which was the reason we visited the city
• Common facilities and services: 10 the vending machine on the first floor was a very good idea..breakfast was really good for a 2* hotel!
• Staff: 10 Reception and restuarant staff very friendly and helpful!!
• Quietness: 2.5 even though the windows are new, it is normal that there is a lot of noise from the outside since the hotel is located in the city center. However, there was no noise at all coming from the inside of the hotel
• Room: 7.5 the only thing we didnt like in the room was the fact that on the 4th day, we ran out of toilet paper and bath gel and we had to ask from the reception. The cleaning lady did not do anything about it when she cleaned the room...
• Value for money: 7.5

• Positive: very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, not too hot like most hotels. Brilliant, thank you.
• Negative: location, although very central, was in a bad area - people being sick in the street and I was followed a few times by various people. But that's Barcelona I suppose.

• Location: 2.5 good proximity to city but nasty little street and dodgy side streets around hotel
• Common facilities and services: 5 Didn't really use any facilities but the free use of a safe was a big plus
• Staff: 10 Superb!
• Quietness: 10 I had heard the hotel could be noisy but I couldn't hear anything!
• Room: 5 No view at all
• Value for money: 7.5 Might have expected breakfast or at least a morning coffee for 75 euros a night in a 2 star hotel
