• Negative: la calefacción estuvo mala los 2 días de nuestra estadía, la única solución fue para el primer día usar una estufa eléctrica. Pieza excesivamente pequeña.

• Staff: 2.5 cuando tuve el problema de la calefacción, no se me ofreció una solución razonable, pedí hablar con el administrador y me dijeron que tenía que esperarlo hasta el día siguiente, finalmente tuve que sugerirle que me prestara una estufa (había sólo 1 en el hotel)

• Negative: Nothing extra. This is a bare bones hotel. We couldn't even get an iron to use for the room. No room service, no calling down to the front desk. I suppose that is why it was cheaper than most hotels.
