• Positive: The location was great.... a short walk to opera station, close to puerta del sol,plaza mayor and much more. The rooms were always cleaned and were clean on arrival. The receptionist ladies were friendly.
• Negative: The receptionist ladies didn't speak any English. there was a bit of noise in the morning from the housekeeper slamming doors in the corridor.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Couples, Budget travelers
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Older travelers, Families, Luxury, Peace seekers, Classic style lovers, Modern style lovers, Handicapped, Business travelers, Travelers with a car, Healthy lifestyle
• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms were clean and each day were serviced even if didn't asked to do so.
• Location: 10 a short walk to opera station, plaza mayor, puerta del sol, other attractions.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 our room was nice.. equipped with tv, fridge(no mini bar), hairdryer, own bathroom, little balcony. beds were comfortable. three huge computers with fast internet access.
• Staff: 10 Margarita was a friendly lady who spoke no English only Spanish. She was helpful and patient and gave us assitance with city directions. Thanks Margarita.
• Quietness: 5 the walls are really thin so you can hear the noise from the main street.. but its expected as your in the heart of the city... There was a bit of noise from the corridor of the hostel.. The housekeeper kept on slamming doors in the morning and often woke us up..
• Room: 7.5 we had a clean and nice room but it all depends which one your given or you've payed for. she showed us two. one good and the other not so good.. I opted for the nice room with ensuite. equipped with frisge, hairdryer, balcony. and comfortable beds..
• Value for money: 7.5 ok prices as your in the heart of the city..

• Positive: La situación y la limpieza del hostal.
• Negative: Mi habitación de 3 camas fue demasiado pequeña, las camas son muy pequeñas y están completamente juntas sin espacio incluso para abrir el armario. Los colchones de las camas son diferentes. Según las fotos que salen en la página de internet las habitaciones son más grandes y estilosas.

• Cleanliness: 10 Creo que este punto es el más destacable junto con la situación y amabilidad de la dueña.
• Location: 10 Situación estratégica, muy cerca de una salida de metro y aunque está en pleno sol, la calle donde está situado no es muy ruidosa.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Algunas de las tarjetas-llave del hotel abrían cualquier habitación. No me pareció muy seguro para el cliente. La recepción debería estar mas informatizada.
• Staff: 10 La dueña, Margarita, me pareció una señora encantadora y muy amable.
• Quietness: 5 Destaco pocos ruidos exteriores a pesar de estar cerca del sol.
• Room: 2.5 Habitación con 3 camas excesivamente pequeña. Las camas muy pequeñas y con colchones y almohadas muy incomodos.
• Value for money: 5 Más bien regular sin ser mal. Sale bien porque el desayuno está incluido pero teniendo en cuenta las habitaciones no es tan barato como en un principio puede parecer.
