• Value for money: 10 A very pleasant hotel. Neat, nice, fine.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The room had a funny smell which I think came from the toillets although it was very clean.
• Location: 10 Very central and easy to be accessed.

• Staff: 10 The member staff at the recepiton were very friendly, Principally Sara, Nazaret and Ruben. They were very helpfull and friendly. Always says hi and give the right information about the city. I loved them.
• Quietness: 10 I had no problem at all
• Room: 10 Despite of my safer didn't work on arrival, everything was perfect, However,an engener fixed it promped and quickly.
• Value for money: 10 I haven't checked the price in other hotel. It was my second time at his hotel and I came back because of the whole experience.

• Negative: La habitación. Me pareció que no se correspondía para nada con la foto que ví en la página de High Teach en Internet. En la foto se veía mas amplia, moderna, nueva...La realidad fué muy distinta: La habitación era pequeña, antigüa, el colchón estaba hundido, el cristal de la mampara estaba roto...lo único que tenía de moderno era la pantalla plana. Me desilusionó un montón. Creo que la relación calidad/precio no se corresponde
