• Negative: We hav been going to oasis Lanz for past 5 year & it has slowly gone totally down hill . We know it's only basic that's fine but the hav become tied & dated .t this stay we arrived at 3 by 7 I was ready to get flight home the room was infested with cockroaches cupboards floors & even fridge ,when I went by to reception to ask to be moved I was told there was nothing else available I even said we would pay extra to upgrade but said nothing gave me half can of spray which only draws them out more & is poisonous which they don't tell you . My husband went across & ask if she would like to spend night in the room to which we where then given two keys to choose in receptionist words which was cleanest . The next room was clean but they really do need to update & fumigate especially before they put people in them . And it's fair to say Costa terguise is our favour place but if we do return we will NOT be staying at oasis Lanz

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Needed a deep clean, a quick wipe over is not good, especially in a premium room.
• Location: 10 Perfectly placed.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Grounds and public areas well kept, unlike the rooms.
• Staff: Not rated From day one problems highlighted, i.e. I got electrocuted from bare wires, attitude was what can I do, or ignored.
• Quietness: Not rated Premium room located next to bins and service access to complex, would have been better in a basic room.
• Room: Not rated We paid for a premium room and service, but was treated appallingly.
• Value for money: Not rated Having stayed in basic rooms we decided to go for a premium room, the biggest mistake of our lives, so much we will never go back. Your loss is siroco serenity apartments gain.

• Negative: Unclean, very poor state of repair, no heating (clothes damp) and resulted in respiratory problems for my partner leading us to sleep on the sofas in the lounge. Heated pool was not heated and exceedingly cold and unusable.

• Negative: Towels only changed once in a week, sheets not changed at all, bins only emptied once, there's was rubbish on the outside stairs including a cockroac which was there at the start of our holiday and the rubbish was still there at the end of our holiday, reception staff not very friendly especially the male receptionist who was quite rude and always puffing even if you were only asking for your room key, there is supposed to be a heated swimming pool don't Belive both pools are freezing,
