• ここが良かった: Beds were comfortable, hotel looks new...but staff does not comprehend even the basics of customer service...or don´t care...Superior if they had the customer service but its mostly lip service...
• ここが気に入らなかった: Gorgeous hotel with the wrong people running it... HORRIBLE BUSINESS HOTEL!!!! Problems included: Water went out at 0200Hrs and the hotel staff stated they "hoped it would be fixed by morning" when asked if they would inform maintenance they said they would but they recommended I pack up and move to alot lower floor immediately (@0200Hrs)... "Free" internet went out and when I asked what they would do they said "feel free to buy some internet time" 3 out of 4 plugs out on sun deck and no one cared. The "4 Free computers" in the business center were down most of the time I was there and the printers weren´t working. That was the biggest problem...none of the hotel staff cared if something wasn´t working they simply stated "you´re free to go elsewhere"...or feel free to pay for it extra...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When I asked about why there was such bad service here I was told "This is how it is in Spain"...despite this my friends stayed at the "Me" and "Loved it".

• ここが良かった: The Location of the hotel is good and the complimentary minibar is a nice addition. Staff are also very friendly,a nd the Gym area is modern and beautiful views
• ここが気に入らなかった: There is no Iron in the rooms and none available, instead you are obliged to use the ironing service which is astromically expensive, i.e. €5 per garment, so provided you bring an iron, this is a great hotel.
