This pleasant low rise complex enjoys an excellent location in the very heart of Playa de las Américas, only 400 metres from the nearest beach and within easy reach of a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. The Paraíso del Sol complex is formed by two floor bungalows surrounded by bright flowers and shrubs. All units on the ground floor have a large terrace and the ones on the upper floor have balcony. 150 units consisting of studios and one bedroom apartments. All units have a fully-equipped kitchenette with fridge and a 2 ring hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fully-fitted bathroom, TV (some channels are free and some have an additional charge), balcony or terrace (completely furnished) overlooking the garden or pool area. There are units with private garden available. Cleaning 5 x week, change of linen 2 x week and of towels 3 x week
