No air con although advertised meant too warm

I'm afraid that as the room allocated backed onto the railway and the air con was only available for warm air it meant difficult sleep. Like most hotels,even though air is cool outside, with windows closed and no air con rooks become uncomfortable. Accor hotels don't seem to appreciate this and opening window was impossible as the railway makes too much noise. For this reason I wouldn't stay at the hotel again unless I knew the cold aircon was on

Pros: Excellent location. Warm reception. Breakfast included and with sufficient variety. Very good safety measures. Cons: Bathroom light doesn't work. bathroom seat broken. Light fixtures in room not good. Stayed in room 816

Second visit to this hotel. I LOVE the proximity to the station ( Gare de L'Est) and appreciate others may not. Rooms are very acceptable, breakfast superb and I rate the whole experience highly.

Hotel room was ok,good location. couldn’t work shower so had baths, no kettle in room so if you like a hot drink in your room forget it. Bedside lamp didn’t work so dark on my side of room as even pendant light was more to other side. Breakfast was ok, nice little croissants,coffee and madalaines, bread but NO toaster, I love my toast in morning so disappointed, NEEDS a toaster!!!! Main man on reception could have been a bit happier, but overall a ok stay
