The size was good on both, view in first room 219 was rubbish and skip and first but then they moved it would like USB plug and speaker.

Quite a lot that went wrong. The electricity went off, we where send to an other room first. Then the day after the coffee machine didn't work properly. At 17,00h we went back to the hotel after a day of walking true Seville. They send us they where closing down the hotel, that they booked us an other hotel next to the cathedral that we would love. Same class, good hotel, great location. We didn't discuss. so we walked with our luggage for more then half an hour to arrive in the hotel of my grandmother. It was horrible. the smell was horrible. Old, let's say not quite the same level of hotel. Or style...
When we called to tell them that we where not pleased, they said there was no other option, everything else was fully booked. So we looked ourselves. And just booked the first hotel we called. (Not so fully booked.) We asked them to book that hotel for us or an other one that we found... No answer... Sorry thats not normal. Bad bad experience.
