Our room was a duplex and not practical. There was hardly space around the bed on the lower floor. There was not enough space to put 2 suitcases and unpack. We did however have 2 bathrooms and a large terrace.

Very clean and nice! But: cleaning staff uses some sort of strong artifical scent for floor cleaning, which is very unpleasant and lingers the whole day in closed space. I had to ask several times at the reception to not do it in our room

Overall very friendly, but sometimes inexperienced. Upon arrival late in the evening, the receptionist provided us such poor help with putting our car in the garage elevator, that we scratched it against the wall. Also, I had alergy problems with the room scent they sprayed when cleaning and had to ask reception several times to not have it in my room

One single narrow cupboard for 2-bed room is insufficient, no drawers or shelves or other wardrobe space. We had to keep our things in the suitcases for the entire week. Matress had a plastic-like surface which was very unpleasant and warm to sleep on. Not a 4 star level.

Overall, not a 4 star level. Room price does not include breakfast or water or parking (extra 52 eur per day). Pool area was closed and clearly not ready even in mid May with temperatures of 28 degrees. When we sum all up, accomodation was too expensive for what it offerred. Other hotels in the city would have been a better choice.
