Estamos realmente satisfechos al comprobar que, según sus puntuaciones, ha pasado unos días agradables con nosotros. Nos encanta saber que le han gustado nuestras villas y que su opinión general sobre su estancia ha merecido una nota tan alta como la que nos ha otorgado. Sobre su opinión acerca de la accesibilidad del hotel para discapacitados, le aseguramos que tomamos buena nota de ello para estudiar si es necesario mejorar nuestras instalaciones para este tipo de clientes, ya que nuestro objetivo primordial es satisfacer a nuestros huéspedes de todo tipo. Actualmente contamos con 4 villas especialmente adaptadas para personas con movilidad reducida. "Dear Guest: We really thank you the time taken to rate and comment your experience hosting in Hotel Suite Villa María. It is very important for us to receive our guests impressions after their time with us in order to work day by day to offer an even better and improved service to our guests. In addition, we feel absolutely pleased to read that you had such a satisfactory time with us and that you our villas and their service lived up you expectations in general terms. Regarding to your suggestions about our pools heating, we should clarify that the heated pool during the winter time is the one located next to the pool bar, as it is the family pool. It is between 26º and 27ºC, according to the Spanish sustainability regulation. However, we are taking note of your words in order to inform our Maintenance Team to check the temperature to confirm there were not any failure with the heating system. Regarding your comment about the dish washer in the villa, we would like to mention that our cleaning staff is in charge of washing every guest's dishes everyday, in order to try that our clients do not need to worry at all about any cleaning matter. Nevertheless, we will take your suggestion into account and you can be sure that we will really study the possibility of integrating dish washers in the villas.
