• Negative: No customer orientation. The breakfast opens only at 7am. When I had to leave at 7am to catch my flight and wanted to have just a quick coffee and a croissant at 5 min to 7am for breakfast (12€) both the waiter and the receptionist refused me to grab both things although everything was already prepared and available. No flexibility at all. They had me to leave without getting anything.

• Location: 2.5 The hotel is on the other side of a bordello. Its sign and neighborhood doesn´t let the guest feel comfortable.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated No lounge to sit in the evening. No drinks provided, not even water. The guest has to go outside to a restaurant or bar to get any kind of beverage.
• Staff: Not rated Unfriendly and extremely not customer oriented. See my comment regarding my request to have a minimum breakfast 5 min before the breakfast opens officially.
