• Cleanliness: 10 Every area of the hotel is kept spotlessly clean.
• Location: 7.5 Located in the port area. Easy access to cable car, but 10-15 minutes walk from the foot of Las Ramblas.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Roof top small swimming pool. Roof top gym with indoor jacuzzi, toilets with showers and sauna.
• Staff: 7.5 A little bit too formal with most of the staff wearing earpieces. 1st class security.
• Quietness: 2.5 Rooms overlooking the port can be very noisy at night with ferries leaving into the early hours. Rooms in the middle at the back are best, although there is a nightclub just behind the hotel and this can cause noise with people leaving in the early hours of the morning.
• Room: 10 Only fault is the extremely hard beds. Rooms next to the port obviously have the best views - particularly rooms looking towards Port Vell.
