• Negative: The smell inside the room with the windows open because there is behind the hotel a big company spending tons of black smoke to environment.

• Location: 10 The is a lot of shoppings and so one near hotel. It was helpful to take my breakfast and to take new stuff for me

• Staff: 7.5 I am Portuguese and I like that people from spain talks to me in spanish because the language for us is very similar and we can understand. Many people from staff refused to talk in spanish and they change to english.
• Quietness: 7.5 There was no problem with noise in my room

• Value for money: 10 Taking in account my pocket, was in fact the best value for money
