• Location: 10 Excellent position for travellers close to major attractions of Paris. Best feature of hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Lifts very very small and hard to fit more than 1 person with luggage in it.
• Staff: 2.5 Had to wait approx. 10mins to be checked in by reception staff when the 2 staff on duty appeared to be simply chatting behind the desk and some staff serving breakfast were very reluctant to refill dishes/juice.s
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 2.5 Can only compare room size to accomodation in Australia which generally are much larger. Otherwise fine.
• Value for money: 2.5 Friends staying in equivalent hotel as close to the Arc as the Best Western however they payed only 159 euro per night compared to our 270 euro/night.

• Common facilities and services: 10 Les + : j%27ai apprécié de trouver des chaussons et des sels de bain dans ma salle de bain ; la bouilloire avec café, thé et lait est un + ; wifi gratuit dans tout l%27hôtel est un + et très rare dans beaucoup d%27hôtel
• Staff: 10 l%27ensemble de l%27équipe est sympathique et aimable
• Quietness: 5 l%27insonorisation n%27est pas très bonne (seul point négatif sur l%27ensemble de notre séjour)
• Room: 10 notre chambre supérieure était superbe, très agréable et lumineuse
• Value for money: 7.5 280 euros la nuit : cher oui bien sur, mais nous sommes à 2mm des champs élysées et la qualité des prestations et du service méritent ce prix. seul point faible : absence de salle de sport dans l%27hôtel : à ce prix tout de même....
