• Sauberkeit: 10 Room very clean and made up daily. Could not fault it.
• Lage: 10 Perfectly located a short walk from La Ramblas, La Cathedral, Gothic Quarter and the Marina/port. Easy to get to on public transport and conveniently located a 2min walk from the Metro.
• Einrichtungen und Service: 10 Other reviews we read stated the wifi was poor and the breakfasts questionable. We didn't have any problems with the wifi at all - the hotel gives you a code at the start of your stay for the duration and it worked absolutely fine. We decided that based on many reviews, we wouldn't take the breakfast option and were pleased we didn't. As you tend to eat dinner later in the evening, neither of us wanted an early breakfast but there are several cafes nearby where you can grab breakfast for a few euros - much cheaper than the hotel and available if and when you feel like it. TIP. Lovely little local café across the road from the hotel does great breakfasts.
• Personal: 10 Excellent staff. Friendly and willing to help in any way they can.
• Ruhe: 7,5 On a main road and the metro runs underneath hotel so some slight noise but do you expect silence in a city centre location?
• Zimmer: 10 Beautiful, spacious and everything we needed for our stay. We took the advice from other reviews and requested a room high up and at the back of the hotel. Not much of a view but no noisy road either!
• Preis-Leistungs: 10 Excellent location and reasonable if done through a discount website. Not sure why the price if bought direct from the hotel is so much higher though?? Do you think people won't shop around...
