• Location: 7.5 Good location as within a short walk of La Ramblas and Placa Universitat Metro Station. Convenient for bakers, bars and restaurant.

• Staff: 10 The Hotel staff were really friendly and very helpful. Approachable English speaking staff makes such a difference to your stay.
• Quietness: 2.5 It was a bit noisy; slamming doors and skateboarders outside, but I think you should expect a certain level of noise in the city centre.

• Cleanliness: 10 The cleanliness is helped by the fact that the hotel is new, so please keep up a high standard !
• Location: 10 Location smack,bang in the center of Barcelona,couldn%27t ask for more !

• Staff: 10 The staff at the front desk were very pleasant throughout the day and evening, we asked for help to find a good restaurant and we were very happy with their suggestion, the maids and breakfast staff were friendly.
• Quietness: 5 THE LIFT......AAAGGGHH !!!!! I could also hear the skateboarders in the university area with the windows closed !!
• Room: 5 Room 502, Very small, good job I was single !!The amenities are good + widescreen tv. Shame there are no satelite channels especially english ones !!
• Value for money: 5 i BOOKED 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE AND PAID 75 Euros for the first night and 194 Euros the second, ok big exhibition BUT...TO MUCH INCREASE ! Especially when my friend booked only 3 days before and paid 55 Euros 1st night and 194 the 2nd !!??

• Staff: 5 Staff is gentle, but some of them are unable to provide basic information about Barcelona. It is incredible!!
• Quietness: 2.5 You mous search for a best isolation of rooms. I heard the vacum machine day and night.
• Room: 5 Table is small, and television in on that table!! I tink that you must fix television to wall, on a mobile support to free space on the table.
