• Cleanliness: 10 Room was really clean and well maintained, corridors also were lovely and seemed recently rennovated.
• Location: 7.5 Loved the neighbourhood, close to the underground and placa catalunya was walkable as was sagrada familia. Felt a lot less touristy than other areas, close to supermarkets and amenities. Felt safe too.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Didnt use the breakfast room or cafe - wasnt somewhere that was an obvious place to relax in the evenings
• Staff: 7.5 Very helpful and friendly
• Quietness: 5 You could hear a lot from the corridor and next door bathroom but it wasnt awful, ear plugs might be useful but it wouldnt put me off going there
• Room: 5 View wasnt amazing but it was fine, room was reasonably sized for the price we paid. Tiny bath though!
• Value for money: 7.5 For a budget hotel in such a good location it was clean, had everything we needed and the staff were helpful, I would recommend it.
