• Positive: The staff were extremely helpful. They took the time. The location to everything was perfect. Safety deposit boxes. Very clean. Great places to eat below and within the same block. Taxi stand across the street. Wow.

• Room: 7.5 Very suitable. Our room slept 6. Perfect for a large group. Had a terrace.

• Negative: Different floors for accomodation and reception and therefore no wifi available in room. The toilets have been installed with inadequate space for knees. The heater did not work in my room (501)

• Location: 7.5 Very near the old city and harbour. Also very close to train station and not far from the northern bus station.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Wifi inaccessable from room. The hot drink machine made undrinkable tea. Only one table in common room.
• Staff: 7.5 All were very helpful.

• Room: 7.5 The mattress wasn't hard and the pillows were not too soft. It would be nice to have hot water at the basin.
• Value for money: 2.5 I think it should have been a bit cheaper.

• Positive: Very quiet outside!!! Friendly staff. Good lacation for the beach (10 mins by walk), 5 mins to metro Barceloneta. Close to La Rambla.
